This policy explains how Superior Learning, LLC, operating BuilderCE, handles information when you use builderce.com, create an account, purchase or complete a course, or contact us.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, account credentials, professional license details, employer or sponsor relationship, course activity, completion records, certificates, support messages, and marketing preferences. We also receive ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser, device, cookie identifiers, and site activity.

Payments

Payment-card transactions are handled by our payment processor. BuilderCE receives transaction identifiers and purchase details needed to fulfill and support your order, but does not store complete payment-card numbers in its application database.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, deliver courses, verify participation, issue certificates, process transactions, provide support, secure the service, improve content, comply with recordkeeping obligations, and report credit when a program or authority requires it. Marketing messages are sent according to your choices, and you may opt out of promotional email.

When information is shared

We share information with service providers that support hosting, email, payments, analytics, security, and course administration; with employers or sponsors when your enrollment relationship authorizes it; and with licensing or reporting authorities when needed to report credit or comply with law. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies, security, and retention

Cookies and similar technologies keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect forms, measure use, and support site operation. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. We retain CE and transaction records as needed for regulatory, contractual, tax, dispute, and operational purposes, and delete or de-identify other information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Your choices and contact

You may update many account details after signing in and may unsubscribe from promotional email using its link. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, or to ask a privacy question, email support@builderce.com. Some course, certificate, transaction, and reporting records must be retained even after an account is closed.
