Questions about a course, certificate, account, or continuing-education record? Email our support team and include enough detail for us to investigate.
Email support
Please include the email address on your account, the course title, and the approximate completion or purchase date when relevant. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card numbers.
Send us a message
Use this form for course questions, account or certificate issues, accessibility requests, refund questions, comments, or formal complaints.
Certificates and completion records
If a certificate did not arrive, first check the email address on your account and your spam or junk folder. Tell us whether you can see the completed course in your account so we can distinguish an email-delivery problem from a completion-record problem.
Licensing and renewal questions
BuilderCE can explain the information presented in our courses and guides, but the applicable licensing board makes the final determination about your license, renewal, or credit. Each regulatory guide includes official links for current verification.
Business and provider inquiries
Education providers, subject-matter experts, employers, and professional organizations may also use the support address. Put the nature of the inquiry in the subject line so it reaches the right person.
Formal complaints and escalation
If you want your message handled as a formal customer complaint, state that clearly in the subject line or first sentence and describe the issue, relevant dates, and the resolution you are requesting. BuilderCE will review the available account, transaction, course, certificate, support, and reporting records as appropriate to the issue.
If the first response does not resolve the issue, reply to the same email thread and request internal escalation. Keeping the conversation in one thread helps preserve the history of the concern and the steps already taken.
Policies and accommodations
For refund eligibility, see our Refund Policy. For disability-related access help or an accommodation request, see Accessibility and Accommodations.
