Accessibility and Accommodations
BuilderCE is committed to providing a usable learning experience for people with disabilities and uses WCAG 2.1 Level AA as an accessibility benchmark for its public website and learning experience.
Request accessibility help
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on builderce.com or in a BuilderCE course, email admin@builderce.com or use our contact page. Tell us the page or course involved, what you were trying to do, and the barrier you encountered. You do not need to provide a medical diagnosis to report an accessibility problem.
Request an accommodation or alternate format
You may request a reasonable accommodation or accessible alternate format for course content, assessments, certificates, or support materials. BuilderCE will review the request and work with you on an appropriate option that is technically feasible and consistent with applicable continuing-education rules.
Regulatory course requirements
Some continuing-education programs require identity verification, instructional time, participation, acknowledgments, or assessment standards. An accommodation may change how a requirement is accessed or completed, but it cannot waive a regulator-imposed requirement that BuilderCE is required to enforce. When a requested accommodation affects a regulated completion requirement, BuilderCE will work with the learner to identify an accessible compliant alternative where one is available.
Accessibility feedback
Accessibility feedback is welcome even when you do not need an individual accommodation. Please identify the affected page, device or browser when helpful. BuilderCE periodically audits public pages and interaction patterns and uses confirmed findings to guide remediation.
