Refund Policy
This policy applies to course and package purchases made directly through BuilderCE. BuilderCE is a registered DBA of Superior Learning, LLC.
When a refund is generally available
A refund request is generally eligible for review when the purchase was made directly through BuilderCE and the request is made before the applicable course has been completed, before a certificate has been issued, and before continuing-education credit has been submitted or reported to a licensing or regulatory authority.
When a refund may not be available
Once a course is completed, a certificate is issued, or credit is submitted or reported, the associated educational and regulatory record may no longer be reversible. Refunds are therefore generally not available after any of those events, except where required by law or where BuilderCE determines that a duplicate charge, platform error, or other BuilderCE-caused problem justifies a refund.
Packages and partially used purchases
For a package containing more than one course, BuilderCE reviews the use of the package as a whole, including course access, completion, certificates, and reporting activity. BuilderCE does not promise automatic prorating of a partially used package.
How to request a refund
Email admin@builderce.com or use our contact page. Include the email address on your BuilderCE account, the course or package title, the approximate purchase date, and the reason for the request. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card numbers.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when practical. Processing time after approval depends on the payment processor and financial institution. BuilderCE may retain transaction, completion, certificate, and reporting records when needed for regulatory, tax, audit, dispute, or security purposes even if a refund is issued.
Questions
If you are unsure whether a purchase is eligible, contact us before completing the course or requesting that credit be reported. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
