Effective August 27, 2026
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of builderce.com and BuilderCE courses, accounts, certificates, and related services. BuilderCE is a registered DBA of Superior Learning, LLC.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and use your account only for yourself unless BuilderCE has expressly authorized another arrangement. You may not bypass course controls, misrepresent participation, interfere with the service, or use another learner’s identity.
Courses, credit, and regulatory responsibility
Course descriptions identify the approvals and credit information known to BuilderCE at publication. Requirements can change and vary by license and individual circumstances. You are responsible for confirming that a course satisfies your current requirement before purchase and for maintaining any records required by your licensing authority. A certificate documents BuilderCE’s completion record; it does not by itself guarantee that an authority will accept credit.
Purchases, access, and refunds
Prices and access periods are shown at purchase. Payments are processed through our payment service provider. Refund requests are evaluated under the policy displayed during purchase and applicable law; completed courses, issued certificates, and reported credit may be ineligible for refund except where required by law.
Educational content and intellectual property
BuilderCE content is educational and is not legal, engineering, architectural, tax, or licensing-board advice. BuilderCE and its licensors retain all rights in the site and course materials. Your purchase provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the material for the permitted course or service.
Availability and limitation of liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item will remain unchanged. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superior Learning, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms and will post the effective date on this page. Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions may be sent to support@builderce.com.
