Affiliate program terms
Effective October 30, 2026. BuilderCE is operated by Superior Learning, LLC. These terms supplement the BuilderCE terms.
Your account and personal code
Join using your own BuilderCE account and verify your email. Your affiliate record and personal code are linked to that account. You do not need siteadmin access. Keep your login secure. Codes may not be renamed or transferred; contact BuilderCE for account corrections.
Customer offer and commission
The default customer offer is 10% off eligible courses and packages. Only one promo code can apply to an order. Sale-priced packages, free access and corporate-only products are excluded. Your code must be entered at checkout; a link visit, click or signup alone does not earn commission.
The default affiliate commission is 15% of qualifying product revenue actually paid after the customer discount and any refunds, excluding tax. Your account shows your current rate. Staff may arrange a different rate for future purchases; the rate recorded for an existing purchase is retained. The displayed $100 example is illustrative, not an earnings guarantee.
Qualifying referrals
Self-referrals, your own purchases, failed payments, cancelled orders, fraudulent transactions and abuse do not qualify. Refunds and disputes can reduce or hold commission. Shared payment details may require review; BuilderCE will review the circumstances rather than treating a shared card alone as proof of abuse.
Review and payment
BuilderCE reviews qualifying purchases before arranging manual commission payment. Payments are not sent automatically at signup or checkout. We will use your account email to arrange payment details and request any information needed for payment or applicable reporting through an appropriate secure process. No Social Security number or payment-card information is collected on the public affiliate signup form. Questions about an unpaid or adjusted referral should be sent to admin@builderce.com.
How you promote BuilderCE
Be accurate about courses, regulatory approval and the customer offer. Disclose that you may earn commission wherever you recommend BuilderCE using your code. Do not send spam, impersonate BuilderCE, make guaranteed-income claims or violate a platform’s rules. A suggested disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase using my code.”
Program changes and account status
BuilderCE may update future offers or suspend a code for inactivity, abuse or program administration. Disabling a code prevents new uses and does not erase previously recorded purchases. An affiliate signup does not grant free course access or alter a learner’s certificates or regulatory records. Your personal information is handled under our privacy policy.
