About This Course
This 2-CEH course develops a practical framework for building, reading, updating, and evaluating construction schedules as project-control tools. It begins with planning versus scheduling, then translates scope into a work breakdown structure, measurable activities, milestones, calendars, durations, and logical relationships.
Learners examine Precedence Diagram Method logic, forward and backward CPM calculations, early and late dates, total and free float, critical and near-critical paths, procurement and submittal integration, schedule updating, data/status dates, resource loading and leveling, recovery planning, schedule-quality review, and the schedule effects of changes and delays.
The course concludes with a 10-question multiple-choice final examination. A score of 70% is required to pass, and retakes are permitted until passed.
