About This Course
This 2-CEH course applies internal-control, audit, governance, and risk-management concepts to engineering projects and engineering organizations. It focuses on how engineers and project leaders establish defensible controls over scope, approvals, procurement, cost, change management, records, and corrective actions.
Learners examine authorization, segregation of duties, risk-based control design, procurement integrity, reliable project reporting, audit trails, management override, fraud and waste indicators, escalation, corrective action, closure verification, and exception-based project-control dashboards.
The course concludes with a 10-question multiple-choice final examination. A score of 70% is required to pass, and retakes are permitted until passed.
