About This Course
This 2-CEH course applies governance and enterprise-risk concepts to engineering firms and project organizations. It focuses on how engineering leaders define authority, identify and prioritize risk, assign ownership, monitor exposure, escalate material issues, and preserve defensible decision records.
Learners examine governance versus management, decision rights, technical accountability, strategic and operational risk, likelihood/consequence/velocity/control effectiveness, inherent and residual risk, conflicts of interest, third-party risk, management override, key risk indicators, independent assurance, corrective action, and organizational failure modes.
The course concludes with a 10-question multiple-choice final examination. A score of 70% is required to pass, and retakes are permitted until passed.
